Pricing
Every price, in full, before you email me
Everyone in this market writes starting at and makes you send an email to find the real number. Here is the whole list instead, including what happens after launch
The three builds
One-page site
$450
one time, nothing after
One page that does the job. For when Instagram is already doing the selling
- Opening section, services, gallery, contact form
- All the words written for you
- Local SEO setup
- Two weeks of free fixes after launch
Everything sits on one page and the menu scrolls you down it. Services, a gallery, prices if you want them public, and a form at the bottom
- Right for you if
- You book most of your work through Instagram already
- Takes
- About two weeks
Pick a different one if you want a page per service, or more than one gallery. Start at the full marketing site
Full marketing site
Most common$1,000
one time, nothing after
The one most people want. Portfolio, services, your story, and a form that actually delivers
- Portfolio, services, about, inquiry form
- All the words written for you
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile help
- Image optimization and spam protection
- Two weeks of free fixes after launch
Four to six real pages, each with its own address you can send on its own. A portfolio that holds more than one gallery, a page per service, and an about page that sounds like you
- Right for you if
- You want a site that can carry the whole business
- Takes
- Three to four weeks
Pick a different one if you need people to log in, pay you, or sign something. That is the full build
Full build
$1,800
one time, nothing after
Everything above, plus the back office. Inquiries, contracts and signatures in one place
- Everything in the full marketing site
- Admin dashboard
- Inquiry management
- Contract signing with e-signature
The public site is the same as the full marketing site. What is added is the part only you see: every inquiry in one list, marked new or replied or booked, instead of buried in your email
- Right for you if
- You are running the paperwork out of your inbox and it is getting away from you
- Takes
- Five to seven weeks
Pick a different one if your booking already lives in a tool you like. Sometimes the honest answer is the marketing site plus that tool
Not sure which one? Say what you need and I will tell you
The whole argument
None of them have a monthly fee
Not one of the three. Your only ongoing cost is your domain, about $11 a year, registered in your name
Five years of hosting
- On a platform
- $1,620 to $2,940At $27 to $49 a month
- On your own site
- $55Domain only, and you own it
In every build, whichever you pick
- Local SEO setup
- Google Business Profile help
- Image optimization
- Spam protection
- Analytics
- Two weeks of free fixes
What is not in the price
- Logo design
- I will make the logo you have sit right. If you do not have one, I can point you at someone
- Photography
- Your photos are the site. If you do not have good ones yet, fix that before you spend money on me
- An online store
- A different kind of build. Ask me and I will tell you honestly if I am right for it
- Ongoing posting
- I do not run your Instagram. I build the thing it points at
After launch
Changes after launch
Most changes are small. A photo, a price, a date. Those come out of one hour, and I tell you before I start if something will take longer
- HourlyOne hour minimum
- $70
- Four-hour blockDoes not expire
- $315
- New pageWritten and built
- $150
How paying works
- Half to start
- Paid after the call. It holds your spot in the schedule
- Half at launch
- Paid when the site is live and you are happy, not before
- The domain is yours
- You buy it in your own name, about $11 a year. If we ever part ways you keep it
Questions
The things people ask before they email me
- What if I do not like it
- Two rounds of changes, and I would rather use them than have you sit on something you dislike. Send a list, be blunt. If we reach the first draft and it is clearly not working, you get your deposit back
- Do I own the site
- Yes. The domain is in your name, the files are yours, and you get every login. There is nothing I can switch off
- Can I edit it myself
- Not without me, and that is the trade. No editor to log into is why there is no monthly fee. If editing it yourself matters more, Squarespace is the better answer and I will say so
- How long until it is live
- Two to four weeks. What decides it is how fast your photos come back to me
- What if I need more pages later
- $150 a page, written and built. No renegotiation, no new project
Start a project
Still not sure which one
Say what you need in a couple of sentences and I will tell you which of the three fits, even if the answer is the cheapest one
What happens after you send it
- It lands in my inbox, not an assistant and not a shared account
- You get a real reply within one business day, even if the answer is no
- If it looks like a fit, we book a thirty minute call. No slide deck
