Work
Makeup X Chloe
One site for the whole bridal party, with every inquiry and contract handled from a dashboard behind it

Where it started
Bridal makeup artist, East Tennessee
Nine years of bridal work, all of it living on Instagram. A bride could see the photographs but had nowhere to read what was offered, what happened on the morning, or what anyone else thought of it

What I built
How it came together
The opening line names the service and the place in five words, because a bride searching for a makeup artist in East Tennessee is deciding in about that long whether she is in the right place
Everything a bride asks before she books has a page of its own: what the services are, what a trial is for, who else in the party can be booked, and what previous brides said. The inquiry form asks for the wedding date and venue up front, so the first reply can already be useful
Every price is quoted per wedding rather than published, which is how she works, so the site is built to get to a conversation rather than to a checkout. That makes the back office the important half: inquiries arrive in one list rather than an inbox, and the contract goes out and comes back signed without anything being printed

One decision
Why the reviews are a page and not a slider
A carousel shows one review at a time and asks you to wait for the rest, which nobody does. A bride who has got as far as reading reviews wants to read several. Given a page, she can
